Live music photography is unpredictable, and that’s exactly why I enjoy it. The lighting can change in seconds. Performers move constantly. Expressions appear and disappear almost instantly. There are no second chances when a guitarist hits the perfect pose, a singer connects with the crowd or the stage lighting suddenly falls exactly where you want it.
