Welcome to Mark Dunn Photography — professional sports and events photography based in Derby.
I specialise in capturing powerful, story-driven images that preserve the atmosphere, emotion, and defining moments of every occasion. Whether it’s the intensity of live sport, the energy of an event, or the moments that might otherwise go unnoticed, my goal is to create photography that feels authentic, dynamic, and memorable.

Terms and Conditions
Terms & Conditions: Sports Photography Services
These terms govern the use of images provided by Mark Dunn Photography. By purchasing or commissioning photography services, the Client agrees to the following terms.
1. Copyright Ownership
The Photographer retains full, exclusive copyright to all images captured during the event. Ownership of the copyright is not transferred to the Client at any time, regardless of the purchase of prints or digital files.
2. Usage Rights
2.1 Personal Use (Athlete Spotlight / Team Match Day Tiers)
The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the delivered digital files for personal, non-commercial purposes. This includes:
* Displaying images on personal social media accounts.
* Printing images for personal home display or gifting to friends and family.
* The Client may **not** sell the images, use them for advertising, or provide them to third parties (such as sponsors or commercial brands) without prior written consent from the Photographer.
Price Guides:
Athlete Spotlight: 10 high-res digital downloads, web-optimised file for social media, personal print release. £150
Team Match Day: 50+ high res images, 1 professional 8x10 print, club-wide social media licence. £350.
2.2 Commercial Use (Elite/Commercial Tier)
The Client is granted a license to use the delivered images for commercial promotion, including:
* Official club/team websites and social media channels.
* Printed promotional materials and sponsorship presentations.
* This license is limited to the scope agreed upon in the initial proposal. Any use outside of the agreed-upon scope requires a separate licensing agreement.
Prices:
Elite / Commercial: Full gallery delivery, 3 fine art prints, full commercial/sponsorship rights. £1200+
All quotes are customer to your requirements. The above prices are for a guide only.
3. Image Editing and Delivery
All images delivered are professionally edited and color-graded. The Photographer is not obligated to provide "RAW" (unedited) files under any circumstances. Turnaround times are estimated based on the volume of work and will be communicated at the time of booking.
4. Indemnification and Release
The Client warrants that they have obtained any necessary permissions from event organizers, venues, or subjects to allow the Photographer to document the event. The Photographer shall not be held liable for any issues arising from the lack of such permissions.
5. Travel and Expenses
Any travel required for events outside of [Your Region/County, e.g., Derbyshire] will be billed at standard mileage rates (currently £0.45 per mile) or actual train/travel costs, plus any necessary accommodation, to be agreed upon in advance.
