All photography services provided by Mark Dunn Photography are subject to these terms. By commissioning a shoot, you agree to the following conditions.
Licensing & Copyright
Copyright: Mark Dunn Photography retains full, exclusive copyright of all images.
Personal Use: Athlete and Team packages include a perpetual license for personal, non-commercial use (e.g., social media sharing, personal prints). Images may not be sold or provided to third parties/sponsors without written consent.
Commercial Use: Elite/Commercial packages include specific commercial and sponsorship rights as defined in your individual contract.
Services & Deliverables
Editing: All images are professionally color-graded and edited. RAW files are not provided.
Turnaround: Delivery timelines will be confirmed at the time of booking based on project scope.
Permissions: The client is responsible for securing all necessary event or venue access/permissions.
Travel: Travel beyond [Your Region/County] is charged at £0.45 per mile, plus any agreed-upon travel and accommodation expenses.
