I had a fantastic 2 days with the camera at the 2023 Uk Athletics Championships.
The sport on show was top class and the organisation by the UKA Team was impeccable as usual.
My heart really went out to Max Burgin as he looses a commanding lead in the Mens 800 meters final and falls inches before the finish line. Fantastic effort!
Seeing Zharnel Hughes - win the 200 meters with a time of 19.77 and only 1 day after winning the 100 meters in a blistering 10.03 in the worst weather conditions I've seen.
Dina Asher-Smith winning the women's 100 meters and of course Daryll Neita in the 200 meters are always a crowd pleaser and 2 of my favourites.
The men's and women's hurdles are always exciting to photograph too:
Best celebration of the day has to go to Alistair Chalmers winning the men's 400 meter hurdles and of course a very wet Zharmel Hughes after winning the men's 100 meters.
Laura Muir was narrowly beaten to the line in the final of the women's 1500 meter by a superbly timed attack from the winner Katie Snowden.
Keely Hogkinson won the women's 800 meters in style.

Thankyou to all of the media team at #UKChamps2023. Your support to all of the photographers was brilliant as always.
